-When you arrive for your appointment please stay in your vehicle and text or phone us to let us know you are here; we will notify you when it is safe to come to the door. We are currently not using the waiting room so please only arrive at your scheduled appointment time.

-Masks are now mandatory when entering and leaving the office. If you do not have a mask one will be provided for you.

-When you come to the door, do not grab the door handle. We will open it for you, sanitize your hands, and take your temperature.

-You will then be brought back to your designated operatory. When your appointment is over your hands will be sprayed again, then you will be brought to reception when it is clear to do so. Then we will also get the door for you upon your departure.

A complete list of protocols and preventative measures will also be emailed to you and we encourage everyone to read it thoroughly.

As an added reminder: If you are feeling any symptoms of COVID-19, have been in direct contact with someone that has received a positive COVID-19 test result, or you have left the country OR province within the last two weeks; please avoid coming to the office and phone to reschedule your appointment.
